Had a small problem that was not covered in Audien instructions. Taken care of over the phone. Was done quickly and professionally. Don't know how many other newbies have had a similar problem, but since it was so quickly resolved, it should be added to instructions. I was really frustrated but was super glad of the quick service by the support crew.

I’m still getting used to the Atom X and learning to adjust settings. Really is quite easy now after my video appointment. Very comparable to the expensive prescription hearing aids I tried and couldn’t afford. Very nice to hear better

Not happy with the product's operational features. The wireless case communications is unreliable. Arnel did a great job of listening and talking through my concerns. Unfortunately, that doesn't resolve some basic shortcomings of the device. Arnel exhibited exceptional patience and was excellent in relating to the problems.

Good hearing aid but not for me

I tried the Atom X for three weeks. The battery life is amazing. They work well in the tv mode. I did have trouble with one not fitting in my right ear. I found the sound to be very tinny bordering on bothersome
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
