Too big and very noticeable.

Doesn’t work for me. They are too big for my ears and because of my soft hair they are very noticeable.

Bought this in January. Have had a few problems. Glad that Audien is taking care of the issue to make sure I have something that will allow me to realize good hearing.

Arnel Dy was great! Arnel was able to explain the details of the the hearing aid (pros and cons), I was convinced to convinced to exchange my current purchase to an out of ear hearing aid. Thanks again Arnel!

Beyond my expectations. Never had hearing aids before I was expecting a long adjustment period but these were easy and comfortable, and I would definitely buy them again!

Poor instructions and policies

Jon was very nice however the several issues I have went unresolved. Basically I have a faulty set of Hearing Aids but they will not ship me a new set until I return these. I’m unable to do that because I’m traveling. I will probably end up returning because of the bad experience unless I can get help from someone else.
