I purchased the Atom X. In the process of trying them out I experienced issues with the aids randomly going offline. I then had a video chat with Carlos. He was friendly & helpful. He walked me through resetting the aids & also performing a power cycle. Overall, this didn't fix the problem. A 2nd video chat was setup. This time with Salah. Salah was also very friendly & helpful. He was aware of the issue I was experiencing & already had a plan in place. He suggested returning the Atom X & replacing them with the Ion 2. One of my hesitations was the Ion 2 is a behind the ear device. I wear glasses a majority of the time & had concerns about the comfort of the aids. Hence why I originally chose the Atom X in the ear. Salah put those concerns to rest by demonstrating that the Ion 2 shouldn't pose any comfort issues. I agreed to move forward with his plan. I thank both Carlos & Salah for being understanding & making a sincere effort to help resolve my issue.

Princess was Extremely, but Gently Convincing!

It was a pleasure speaking with Princess today. I only wanted to send back the Audien Atom Pro 2 and had no other intention in mind. But when she told me I was eligible for the upgrade of Audien Atom X, I still did not want it either. But when she explained how simply it works I changed my mind. She also explained that after I return the Audien Atom Pro 2 (3/19/26), and when I receive the Audien Atom X she explained that my 45 days (if I need to return it) starts all over again. That was a relief. She also said she would try to be the one to go over how it works when I get it in, if they allow her to. I told her I would love the training to be with her because she made me feel so comfortable. This young lady, Princess, definitely deserves a promotion & a raise. She is that good! She turned me around from just wishing to return & I thought I was adamant, no one was going to change my mind! I thought for sure that this appointment would be a waste of my valuable time. Instead she was able to convince me I had nothing to lose & everything to gain by trying the upgrade to Atom X. She is pretty amazing.
I would recommend this to a friend!
