Work great for one on one or small groups

This excellent rating is mostly for Aj. He was very helpful and understanding in reviewing my concerns with the Atom X product. I appreciate the opportunity to trial them and the offer to trial an upgraded product. There were a number of things I really liked such as controlling settings and charging from the case. They worked well for one on one or small group situations. Unfortunately, I decided that the sound quality for streaming music and podcasts was not sufficient. I also found them difficult in large group situations.

My first week using my audien hearing aids, julien was very helpful. I am using the ear tips he recommended and i am considering getting a second pair as backup. Looking forward to the process and getting used to my new world of hearing! Thank you!

Atom X case control issues

I'm having problems with my new Atom X hearing aids. Adam was very professional and helpful. Hopefully the problem is resolved. He told me he would email me tomorrow for a follow up to make sure things are okay.
