I am pleased to report that my scheduled online appointment was one of the best I have ever participated in. Jove was a pleasant surprise. She was courteous, professional, and a good storyteller. She told me all I needed to know.in the time allotted. Audien, you have a real winner there.

I can definitely hear better but I need to reevaluate in a few weeks to see if I can’t hear myself talk or eat any longer.

Superb product!!! Debra can hear again!! She is very happy. We will purchase a second pair in the not too distant future. Roy Dieta did an outstanding job explaining the features and helped in clearly explaining everything!!
