Myrose agent I spoke with very helpful an asset

Myrose is the agent that called me she was extremely patient and realized that I was having problems connecting with her she is an excellent agent and she directed me in what I had to do to set up a new appointment. She is an asset to your company. I will be making a new appointment to speak with someone about setting up my hearing aids thank you.

Excellent packaging…reminds me how Apple packages

My hearing issue is in large crowds with competing noises. I just received my Atom X hearing aides and tried them for the first time in Church on Sunday - heard the priest and his sermon so much more clearly and distinctly !

Anna was excellent . She explained all the features and maintenance, helped me order supplies and was very patient. She did a wonderful job. I am a new user and I am looking forward to the next few months to hear what I've been missing.

Bought them 2 years ago, KEEPT THEM IN MYB DRAWER and forgot about them and I found the Atom 2 pro 2 days ago and one does not work
