My husband purchased these for me about 3 to 4 weeks ago. They have helped tremendously and easy to use. My video visit with Ryan (Ahmed) was so helpful. He answered my questions so I could understand. He was patient & precise. Thank you Ryan

I’m learning to use the AtomX….i had a lower model of your product several years ago. Arnel was very thorough in her knowledge of the AtomX and spoke clearly for me to both hear and understand what she was saying! She answered all my questions as a hearing aid user of 8 years. Thank you, Sue

features to difficult to use

My wife bought me the atom 2 in the ear style hearing aid. after trying them for a week changing the ear peace to much work adjusting them to stay in and feed back problems. have switched to an over the ear style to try.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
