Make sure you maximize the customization functions

The online training was helpful, to the point, and very complete. Make sure you read the instructions. These hearing aids have more functionality than most over-the-counter hearing aids. Once I understood the functions I was able to get 100% of the quality I was looking for.
Just a suggestion to Audien: the tones you use when adjusting the hearing aids are difficult to hear especially since one needs hearing aids in the first place.

Dommer Google meet with Em - first time user.

Em answered my questions of which I didn't have many - she is sending me different domes to see if I can get my right ear to feel more comfortable. I have worn my hearing aids for about 1 week and have experimented with different domes on one ear and it still is not comfortable. She couldn't look to see if it looked like it was in right because I couldn't get my camera to work.

An excellent hearing aid at an affordable price.

The Audien Atom X covers every hearing situation that I encounter daily. I can listen to the TV, stream music and have phone calls directly into my hearing aids at a greatly reduced sound volume via a Bluetooth connection. I just had a tutorial video connection with Audien product specialist Ahmed. He was friendly, helpful and answered every question I had.
