I was having a very hard time trying to get the hearing aids to fit in my ear. I was on the phone for a long time, I went overtime with my call but I had the best help and he fun to talk to.

Ability to interact with an agent was most helpful. Current issues still exist that primarily surround low battery life, inability to adjust aid volume significantly and start-up issues upon awaking the aids.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Using the Atom X for about a month. So far happy with it. The session with Jove, the hearing specialist, was very useful.
