Great for elderly man in assisted living situation

I bought these hearing aids for my elderly father a month ago. He had previously used prescription hearings aids, but after he lost one, we decided to try this product. These hearing aids worked well for him right away.
He lives in assisted living, and the caregivers handle the hearing aids. Having them be rechargeable is wonderful. Also, the caregivers can monitor the volume on the screen on the case. Its simple, straighforward and highly functional.

No anxiety hearing aid

The Audien X is very simple and straight forward to use. I love it! I probably didn't need the free video consultation but I'm glad there was a real person to talk to in the event I had questions or trouble getting started. Arnel took all anxiety out of getting a hearing aid. I'm glad I found one that is affordable.
