Just trying them out now, and the audiologist I talked to about how to use them properly was very friendly and cordial, even after having technical issues on my side delaying the call

Very nice product

I bought the Atom 2 a few weeks ago and tried them. Because of a numb thumb on my right hand I struggled puting them in and taking them out. I did manage to try them 4 to5 times but it was difficult for me. They are very good hearing aids, but dont seam to work for me,.Ahmed was very good in trying to help me resolve my problems, but decided to return the Atom Pro 2.

Although the hearing aids are not yet satisfactory the meeting today with Mahmoud was very helpful. He arranged that I can exchange the one which appears to be defective for a new one that I hope will work properly.

The features have not worked correctly.

This is the 3rd Ion device that has been defective. I think finally Lars listened and heard my challenges. We will see if Audien Hearing does the right thing. Until today, Audiens position is their device is fine, it's me the customer as the problem. I selected the 5 stars for Lars but the jury remains to be out until the device issues get resolved. I am hopeful that I can don't have to make a social media blast to get what seems to be a rather simple solution.

Also , I wasn’t able to use my wax guards because they are too small to pull out the white guard . Both boxes I bought from here are the same 🤔 I also wrote about this issue . Thank you
