Purchased for my 87-year-old Mom. Unfortunately, she does not have the finger dexterity to work the buttons or set the right earpiece in properly.
Carlos was professional and very helpful. Returning the hearing aids was not difficult.

I spoke with Carlos and I must say he was a delight over the phone. This is the 4th set of hearing aids that I have used and they are very superior to any of the other 3. Communication with Carlos was successful and was a huge success answering my questions.

I bought these a month ago. We tried all opinions to make them work. Unfortunately, we had no success. Princess was very helpful with opinions and ideas. We decided to return for a refund. Thanks for being easy to work with.
