For what it is designed to do as a budget friendly OTC hearing aid, it works fine. I just needed more adaptability.

My Husband was trying to get used to them and got stuck in a rain storm working but forgot he had the case in his pocket and now they dont work anymore or charge. He only had them for a month 😔:(

I got this for my mother and she love them. The service was amazing, they were able to provide her information about the product in Spanish, so that she could understand everything about the product, giving her so much confidence with it. Now my mother it’s wearing this and are able to keep her conversations along without interrupting to ask questions to repeat. The product is great and easy for my senior mother to manage and no applications need it.
