The product is very well made. I wish it would have been suited to my needs but it doesn't address my tinnitus problem.

I bought this hearing aid a short time ago and found they were not for me. I talked with Omar and he was so very helpful to get me a return label. I will be returning them on Friday and waiting for my new hearing aids.
