They Just Work

I would give Noel 10 stars if I could. I am so grateful for her help. She hung in there with me and determined I needed a replacement. I've boxed my aids up to send back and I am missing them already. That's how good the product is. They just work. Can't wait to get my replacement! Bless you, Noel. You're the best. Cathy

I got this a day ago and had issues with it losing the control over the left channel. Rana was quick to call back on the weekend and offer assistance on how to correct the issue. Vwey please so fr with the product and the support.

Atom Pro 2

I bought this product less than 45 days ago and was completely satisfied with its performance. Then one of the ear buds stopped working and I was assigned Julian Rodrieguez to troubleshoot the problem. He confirmed my initial trouble shooting as described in the manual and proceeded to explain next steps. He was very helpful and addressed my disappointment in how long it took Audine to address my problem. All in all. it was a good experience and I await the replacement hearing aids to enhance my hearing.

Ahmed listened to my concern and problem returning the product. He is contacting someone to send me a return label. He also offered me other products which may be better for me. However, I want to see my audiologist before I make a purchase.
Ahmed was polite and easy to understand.
