Amazing Support Specialist Salah Kamell

I have been having a lot of trouble with the hearing aids I bought but I feel much better after having my meeting with Salah Kamell. He was extremely helpful, showing me how to put them in, how to adjust them, changes to the earpiece for the different ears, and understanding my needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The suggestions Ryan gave me for proper fitting of the domes and inserting the hearing aids in my ear canals have already significantly reduced/eliminated feedback.

I tried the Atom and was having difficulty watching TV. Lars was very helpful assisting me and I am now waiting for the model with better TV assistance. Hopefully they will work as Lars stated.
