Jove was very helpful. I was having specific trouble with the bluetooth connection and she gave me a tip for the iPhone app that seems to be working. She also went through changing the modes on the Ion Pro which helped me confirm that I am using it correctly.

Noby was very helpful with the problem I was having with my hearings aids. I was clearly able to understand what he was saying about the hearing aids I have verses the one that goes behind the ear.

Lars was my onboarding professional... He was absolutely spectacular. When I first put the hearing aids on out of the box, there was a lot of feedback. He helped me get rid of the feedback and taught me clearly and easily how to use the hearing aids on a daily basis.

I purchased an Atom pro 2 it was emphasizing all the frequencies and I needed a more flexible aid.

A week ago and I can hear a hole lots better now than I did before I don’t have to turn up the television really loud now and I can hear what my family is saying to me it’s a great blessing
