I found out a few days wasn’t enough time to adjust to the new hearing aid.Joe was very patient and informed me of many procedures for getting used to them.

I received the hearing aids about 4 days ago. Had an issue with them and Noby saw the issue and is ordering me a new pair. He was great and helpful and he answered all my questions.
