I bought the atom 2 and it was not for me. I have an issue with my left ear that caused considerable discomfort after a couple of hours. When I called in and did the video call, the girl was very pleasant and understanding. They offered at a very good price to allow me to return the atom 2 and trade for an ion. Hopefully it will work better for me.

I bought these are month ago. Was under the impression that they would help with tinnitus. They did not help my tinnitus, they made it worse.

I received my AtomX about 3 weeks ago. So for they are working as expected. They were ready to go right out of the box. I’m still getting used to the background noises but I’m working through the issue.

Audien Atom X Hearing Aids

The Audien Atom X worked perfectly from the start. These hearing aids are outstanding. I am totally happy with the performance. I bought a second pair as a back up for traveling. I carry the small case with me when going out because I can use the case to change the Mode and Volume as needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!
