The case to show the status of power is great

I received the hearing aides on February 24,2026. They seem to work but they are too big for my ears and keep sliding out. I tried all the ear covers.

I have had the AtomX less than two weeks now, so am still getting used to them. Samantha my assigned hearing specialist is lovely and helpful. I like the AtomX feature of recharging the hearing aids from the case. Both the case and hearing aids seem very well constructed and came with a good user manual and initial maintenance supplies.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Getting Started

Samantha did an excellent presentation on geting started with the hearing aids. We had a bit of a problem with the sound connection but she overcame the difficulties. She answered all of my questions and helped me to understand the importance of proper maintenance.
