we bought the inside the ear aid and found it very difficult to use and we called Audien , talked with Jeff and he suggested the behind the ear model, so we are in the process of a return and the new one being sent out. Jeff was very caring and concerned that we will find the behind the ear aid a much better fit. We'll let you know.
