Hearing specialist help

I talked to your hearing specialist about my Atom X setup and proper use. He was very helpful in going over the features and how it can help with my tinnitus problem. After our discussion, I think that I may now upgrade to the Ion Pro which may better serve my issues with the tinnitus.

Great understanding and support!

I haven’t received my shipments yet(since it was just today that issues were resolved), but I am very encouraged that problems are being resolved. I now have a personal contact point for updates and new information. Ms. Joni Igot was very understanding and helpful with resolving the difficulties I’ve encountered with shipments. She took charge of the problems and responsibility to make corrections. Jovi made clear what the problems were and charged forward to resolve. She alone changed my attitude toward quality support and success.

A Good Buy

I bought these Atom 2 Hearing Aides about 10 days ago. Tried them soon after I received them, after following instructions.
It took me some time to fit them in my ears. After about 40 min. I was able to use them. There was some feed back, whistling.
Read those instructions again. Followed them and came to find out the best fir for my ears.
From time to time, I'd hear the feedback. I'd set the to different levels, try them. Go back to the lowest level and work upward where I felt comfortable.
Have been using them since I got them, wearing the whole day , with absolutely no issues.
I had a video-conversation with Chadrine, who gave me some important information about the aides. They also offered me 3 months accessories & a discount on an extra pair of hearing aides in case of an emergency, like losing one of them, falling down something else.
Always wise to have a back up. So, I bought another pair at discounted price.
My personal recommendation: Go for them. You'll not regret your decision.

Excellent replacement servive w/insurance

I called because I lost right Atom X hearing aid.
My account was quickly looked up and insurance verified. I received an email with my deductible amount and billing info. I submitted payment and my hearing aids are shipped.

Atom X superior sound; except controls fail

I bought the Atom X at the end of January. I received them the day after the Super Bowl. This is the 3rd suppler of hearing aids I have tried - both of the previous products were cheaper; but, seemed to me to not provide any filtering of sound - just amplification. The Atom X has performed much better, proving clear noise cancellation. HOWEVER, one of the main features, the ability to adjust the mode and volume from the case’s built in screen fails. After a short period, randomly one of the two sides control disables. Audien has already replaced the product once. Today I decided to give them one more chance and returned the 2nd product and am awaiting delivery of 3rd.
