Great Service, But fix didn't work.

The person who helped me with my problem was excellent and very patient. However, the "fix" only lasted for about 15 minutes after the call. I redid the procedure about 3 more times, but it only worked for a bit. Guess I'll be calling again.

I bought the Atom X a month ago and am very pleased with it. Love the features, blue tooth, case with options, etc. although I am having issues with one side, I’m sure it will be taken care of. spoke with Hazel today and she was very helpful and professional. A great help.
I would recommend this to a friend!
