I'll confess I wasn't looking forward to this call. I was afraid that I would face a hard-sell argument, a meeting full of agressive upselling. But I didn't get that. I got Stephen who I kept calling by his last name, because that was the name on the screen. Sorry, Stephen. He was sympathetic, understanding. and kind. I told him, and I'll tell anyone at Audien, when I do get hearing aids, I will look first to your company, because of people like him.

Product not suitable for 101-year-old women who has coordination issues. Your hearing specialists were excellent and made every effort to help us make them work

Clear sounds

Sounds are clear in a quiet surrounding but will pickup background noise that I have trouble filtering out withe the audio tools available.
