Better than expected

Sound quality has been great, better than my previous NON Audien hearing aids. I have struggled with my previous hearing aids with comfort since my ears are small but these have been comfortable from day one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Atom X is easy to use

Easy to setup. Follow instructions provided in User Manual. Be sure to use the correct size ear dome. DO NOT insert to far. I had to change from the Medium to Large. With the medium I inserted too deeply and had a hard time removing from left ear. The wire extension is for pulling out of the ear.
Be sure to attend the Google Meet session. Ths was very helpful.

Hopefully Life Changing

Just had a great onboarding session with Myrose, as she was very patient and descriptive in working with me to understand how these Atom X devices work and their capabilities. I just put them in for the first time during that session, but am looking forward to them providing a dramatic change in my ability to hear going forward.

I've had Atom X for about 2 weeks and finally found the correct dome for my right ear, which has a very odd fit. NOW that both hearing aids are working, I am enjoying them! Carlos instructed me on the Bluetooth and now that is working well also. Very happy so far!
