Hazel Brooks, your Hearing Specialist, was very helpful and skillful during our half hour Video Call of Feb.27,2026.
She suggested I use the smallest pointed ear buds to better insert and secure the units into my ears.This has helped secure the units into my ears but I continue experience annoying squeeking noise ( you call it feedback ) I now set the units at Volume 2 and Mode M-2 and M-3

Roy was kind and polite, even when I tried to over talk him.
The things he recommend, have worked. I've been able to wear my hearing aids for approximately 5 hours since we talk without them shutting down or increasing the volume on their own.

Short lived

Love these hearing aids, unfortunately they quit working in a few short weeks! Unable to charge them because the lid won’t fully close! Furthermore I was told that I could get a discount on some new ones if I needed them immediately (which I do because I’m extremely hard of hearing) I really did take that stupid sticker off my face today! Unethical business practice to deliver defective products and expect the customer to pay for another item!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not what I hoped for

I bought this with the hope it would be a solution to hearing loss and tinnitus. Sadly it was extremely tinny. Sounded like an old AM radio. It boosted sound but I could hear the clock on the wall as loud as the person talking across the room. Not what I had hoped for.

I have had a very good experience with AJ, in spite of my less than perfect experience with the Three Atom Xs I could not get to stay connected to the cases. He resolved my concern with getting a new plan. Thanks, AJ
