Because I have small ear openings, I was unable to wear Atom x device. I could hear well, but they would not stay in my ears. The assistant helped me upgrade to Ion pro 2 , and was very helpful and patient to make the process easy for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very optimistic!

I received my hearing aids yesterday and they feel fine in my ears. Of course, there is some getting used to them and Jove was wonderful at explaining how it all works and answering my many questions. I am very optimistic about these helping me. I feel that I can't go wrong as there is a 45-day trial period. I'm excited to get started!

I've had this for 3 months and was quite happy - until last week, when the volume control went out. My tech, Shawkey, was great as he patiently walked me thru troubleshooting, rebooting, and he made every effort to solve my problem. Unfortunately, he was not able to fix it, but assured me that he would get it repaired.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Big difference

My family got tired of me saying "please repeat that but louder" or "What was that?", so they gave me a set of Atom X hearing aids. I am happy to be hearing much better and they are happy to not have to repeat everything. It took a while to get used to them but it was worth the effort.

So far, I just got the product today and did the video call and so far so far I mean so far so good. It’ll take a little bit of adjustment, but I will follow the steps.
