Fit a bit large and awkward

They won’t stay in my ear . They fall out while I’m chewing my food. I’m afraid I’ll lose them or damage them.

Great Support call addressing my issues.

The Atom X was an improvement over the Atom Pro 2, but I still found them uncomfortable and would not address the issue I have with the BTE hearing aids I am currently using.
Lars did an exemplary job assisting me. He listened to my concerns and agreed to my request to return the Atom X hearing aid without delay.

This is actually my 3rd pair of Audien hearings aides. I like being able to adjust with my phone. However, I have to keep on Bluetooth to use it, which cause aides to go dead before the end of the day.
I would recommend this to a friend!
