My consultation with Zak was incredibly expert & helpful - beyond my expectations! He reviewed the various hearing aid options and helped me understand why a 'behind the ear' option could be a better choice for me than the ATOM X. He was understanding and forthright and I felt so comfortable talking with him. I was leery of the video call & doubtful it would be a success, but he won me over!!! Thank you!
