At first I didn't like these because of the feedback and echo of my voice. But then I
talked with Luke. He did a great job explaining all the aspects of using the hearing aids. So, they are already functioning well, now that I had his help!

Bought this product a couple of weeks ago, my husband lost one of his original hearing aids, and we purchased these.. and he found his other one! Sending back for refund..aj was a great help in getting refund started..

I am so pleased that Audien that time is taken out to make sure a customer is comfortable with their hearing aids as well reviewing the key features available. Samantha was my specialist and was an absolute delight to deal with. Most of the information I already knew since I had used Audion in the past. She did show me how to replace the nib which was really interesting.
