Wonderful hearing aids

I like that the adjustments are on the case rather than on the app. It is a little harder to get used to wearing the in the ear hearing aids as compared to the over the ear style. the over the ear style seem to irritate my ear canal less that the in the ear ones. The in the ear are very similar to wearing ear pods.

While AJ was excellent, the call was half dedicated to selling extra devices for a discounted price as a back up plan…I was also disappointed that audien does not offer hypoallergenic domes as I’m having issues with irritation…

Wonderful features - comfortable and user-friendly

I’ve had my IonPro 2 for about a week now so I’m still experimenting with its various settings. The experience has been great so far. I had tried the AtomPro some time ago but was not able to wear them long and got frustrated with the fact that every time I touched the device to place it in my ear my finger hit the button and changed the settings! The IonPro 2 is so much easier to work with! Being able to make setting changes on my phone and the small in-ear component make it so much more convenient, user-friendly, and comfortable!
