Recently received my Atom X hearing aids and I just had a video appointment to get me familiar with how to use and care for them. Was worth the time spent. I’m off and running and excited to see how they perform.

Wonderful Support

I can’t review the hearing aids yet as I’m still trying to get used to them but I can say that talking with Steve this morning was a huge help. BTW, my choice of 5 stars was for Steve not the hearing aids. He has given me the confidence to stick with it. He was just so calm and clear in his explanations. I really was ready to give up and now I’m committed to keep trying.

I bought these hearing aids to replace Starkey hearing aids that I had for 5 years but were no longer working. They are an excellent replacement at a fraction of the cost. I purchased the Ion Pro 2 because I like that I can download the app and control my hearing aids with my IPhone 13. I would recommend these hearing aids if you are looking for a good product with great features and online support.
