We haven’t used our hearing aids much but the time I have used them I haven’t been impressed. We will see if this onboarding video helps any. Mr Venus was very informative and helpful

Great hearing side

I bought this about a month ago and had trouble with constant whistling until I had a FaceTime meeting when Mr. Villamore who gave me the instructions on how to properly fit the hearing aid in my ear canal. Everything is working well now. Thank you Carlos.

These hearing aids are just what I needed for convenience and cost. They function beautifully as a hearing aid and provide many advantages over traditional hearing devices. Ability to charge with no batteries and easy to understand technology.

Disappointed!

The hearing aid charge would only last for 5-7 hours, not long enough for my needs. Also, I had problems with the Bluetooth connection. I didn't realize I was getting a rebuilt unit when I purchased this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
