Just increase the volume of all frequencies.

Good presentation and interested in my hearing

He was patient and answered all my questions and helped fit the aid. He offered both options for behind the ear units. I think it is best to return the in the ear pair and work with a local rep.that can work with fitting and have as many adjusting the sound options that I can do.

Gannah was so helpful, kind, and patient with an 80-year-old. She understood my plight and solved my problem. My problem was not Audien's problem nor the, I'm certain, excellent hearing aid but the intended, very difficult, recipient. Thank you Gannah!!!
