I have been wearing these hearing aids for about a week. I absolutely love the fit and my hearing is improved dramatically. I don't have to turn up the volume on my TV and annoy the people around me.

I purchased these and unfortunately they did not meet my expectations. I was contacted by Chambers Guerrero via video and he graciously listened to my concerns and agreed to help me with a return. I will consider the offer he made about a different model.

I bought the Atom X 37 days ago and the right hearing aid is not picking up any sound, even fully charged.
The right hearing aid also does not pick up any sound even if placed in the left ear.
The left hearing aid is working fine.
Hazel very professionally walked me through all the troubleshooting possibilities but none worked.
I was offered the option of returning the hearing aids/package for additional troubleshooting of replacement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am excited to try this produce. I am a retired paramedic of 48 years. Constant exposure to sirens and helicopters has caused hearing loss for me. I am looking forward to using this product.

Roy answered my questions, reset my unit due to issues I've been having, and is sending me a part that was missing. I learned things I hadn't from the manual and videos.
