Problem resolved!

Julien was very helpful in resolving my issue. I thought that my hearing aids were not working but it turned out that the filter was blocked. Julien walked through replacing the blocked filter and now the aids are working perfectly!

tried the atom one but not working for me so upgrading Atom pro 2. will give it a real go and see how it does for me.
