Atom X from Audien Hearing is very good.

I have previously tried and then returned Atom Pro hearing aids. They didn't work well for me. Too much squealing feedback and difficulty controlling via the Android app. When Atom X was announced I decided to try this new product. I have had them for less than a week, but I like them. No more trying to pair with Audien Hearing app on my Android cell phone, which was not a stable connection. Almost no squealing right out of the box. I like the ability to "case control" the hearing aids. Bluetooth streaming for calls and music from my Android phone works well. There is no Atom X app to install on the phone. Just use the case controls features. I had a personal help video call with Julien of Audien to answer the questions I had. He was very helpful.

Minor initial issues primarily caused by my inexperience.

Purchased Audien ION over the ear hearing aides. The aids themselves are almost invisible.
They have changed my life with the ability to hear better.
I had a small hiccup with replacing the ‘Wax guards’ that protect the electronics inside the device. This is something that is part of weekly maintenance.
I reached out to Audien directly , and was able to resolve the issue through a video chat with a professional ear specialist Julian. Thank you very much, hearing clear as day again.

I purchased a pair of Audien hearing aids that ended up not being the right choice. They were great about working with me on returning my original purchase and helping me select the correct product. Loved being able to do a video call.

Purchased a pair of Audien Atom Pro 2 and when it arrived I charged up the battery pack/ pod overnight. Started to wear them and on the 3rd or 4th day one of the devices started to buzz. I placed it in the "pod" and overnight charged the pair, but that same one was still buzzing. I notified Audien and Julian Rodriguez set up a Meet.google day and time and about another 12–16 hours later the buzzing stopped. Probably needed to reset. On the appointed day and time on Google Meeting, Julian and I reviewed and discussed the situation and other maintenance details and reinforced cleaning, wax guards etc. Julian was extremely helpful, polite and thorough. A pleasure to work with. He took the time to give me enough information and support.
