Lars answered my questions and was very kind. I am uncertain now about what to do about my hearing aids after having my hearing test. I will not be able to see my dr until 3/27 so am returning my aids. I would like to have the option to order again if necessary. Thank you for your help

I’ve been using behind the ear hearing aids for about seven years. These hearing aids are good, but for some reason every time I moved my hair with my fingers, the hearing aids would flip out of my ear. Finding them became a challenge as they would land under furniture. Myrose was very helpful in getting my return label and other number information. Myrose gets a 5***** from me!
