I purchased the Atom X, it seeming to offer what I needed . However, being a small lady, the aids were too big to fit into my ears. I just requested a return label but, after meeting with Jeff, a very kind & patient hearing specialist, he offered me a reasonable no further cost opportunity to try the Ion which tests behind the ear & is made for smaller ears. I, being a reasonable person, agreed to try them & Im looking forward to receiving them & am returning free of charge the Atom X. It’s important to listen to the hearing specialist & Im glad I did. He said if I’m not satisfied I will receive a refund.
