I bought these for use at church. One quit and they directed me to send both back. I got a replacement set with one of those holding a charge out of the box for half an hour or less and the other one worked well initially. Now it beeps with mode and volume change but produces no sound otherwise. I don't understand why I'm unable to get what I need from these so far.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had these for five days and wore them for a minimum of six hours each day. I wrote down questions and observations for my virtual hearing consult. Mr Albisher was able to explain or answer all my questions. I feel comfortable continuing to adjust to my new hearing.
