After a few days getting adjusted of putting them in and getting the volume and modes worked out. seems to work very well. Roy explained all the features of the aids. great job.

SO far I am liking the Atom X a lot. Lowering TV sound from 90 to 10 is great and my kids don't yell at me for having the TV screaming.

Easy return process

Hello. I bought the AtomX hearing Aids for my wife, hopefully to be a new unit since her Eargo's of some five years began having charging issues. Upon arrival and trying out the AtomX, she decided she did not like them. The AtomX are larger than the Eargo model. She aked me to return them and Ranim helped with the process. She was a good listener and offered various options but I did decide to return the AtomX.
I would recommend this to a friend!
