I needed help with the new Atom X hearing aides. The rubber pieces were too large. Dodee explained how to change them and then explained how the ION would be a better selection for me.

Small ears

Support tech was very helpful. Suggested we try the extra small ear buds.
My wife has very small ear canals, the small ear buds that came with the aids would not allow the aids to fit properly.
