I exchanged for the ion hearing aides. Just received them and I have not tried them yet. My video call with Ahmed Ali was great. He had sent information on how to connect and there were no problems. Timely video chat and very professional.

So far so good. I've had the Atom X for 2 days and really like the sound quality. The tutorial agent Ahmad was very helpful and offered smaller domes as the smallest that came with the set didn't seem comfortably attached to my ear canal.
I would recommend this to a friend!
