I purchaced the Atom X hearing aids several weeks ago, So far I have been pleased with the aids. They are affordable and easy to use. My assistant Edlyn Santos was very prompt and courteous in our video chat. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions

Meeting was for upgrading from Atom X to ION Pro 2 aids. Salah was very clear and explained my options and the upgrade process. Process seems simple and straight forward. Appreciated the information.

The hearing aid was too large for ear canals. Roy suggested trying the trying the Atom Pro 2. He was very helpful in this decision and I believe it will be more comfortable for me.

Atom X hearing aids don't work as described .

I bought these Atomx hearing aids.This is my 4th pair. In last month and a half.They will not stay connected to the Charging case so the volume can be adjusted from the case as described. Also does not show correct charging rate on the case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
