Noby was very helpful and explained the hearing aids fully. The screen example were very helpful also.I just wish there was a 5% feature to help getting used to them easier.

Atom X case easily controls all functions

purchased the Atom X and love that all the controls are accessible right from the charging case which is compact and easily fits into a purse or pocket.

Great Features - Easy to Use

I bought Atom X and love it! I have had a previous behind the ear hearing aid from another company and it just was not durable. I like Atom X because it is in ear and has Bluetooth as well. Very comfortable right out of the box. I like being able to quickly change the hearing aid to accommodate for different surroundings and audio environments. Chambers did a great job explaining all the features and answered all my questions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Full unit replacement

Started using it one week ago on Wednesday and was very happy with it. Then the right ear was not taking a full charge by Saturday. Then on Tuesday the charger for the right ear went completely blank, could not adjust it at all.Chad listened to the problem and decided to replace the whole unit. I thought she was very helpful.
