I am grateful for the opportunity to get a replacement for the incorrect charging cord. I am still having difficulty with changing the ear dome to a smaller size, but I will keep trying to use the idea of turning the dome inside out. Thank you for your assistance.

Didn't fit my small ears. Buttons squealed when I tried to adjust fit.
