Understanding all the features

Armel was really informative on how to understand how the Bluetooth works with the AtomX . Correcting the feed back problem and adjusting volume on the hearing aids- one tap to increase volume two to decrease. There were other small issues which he resolved. Lots of information about using and understanding the functions of my AtomX. It is nice to have a person to discuss issues instead of a computer. He did a great job.

New and Improved!! Hearing Aids for everyone!

I just received my Atom X 4 days ago and with Myrose's help, I'm feeling more confident in their use. There are a still a few bumps in the road, but overall, I'm pleased with the product.

Luke was helpful and accommodating. He not only listend to my concerns but also assisted me with a solution am I pleased with. We decided to upgrade to an over the ear hearing aid since my mother is 86 and has problems handling small items. Luke was informative and made everything very easy. Thank you Luke!
