i got my atom x a few months ago and they have been tremendously helpful. my particular issue is not understanding the words i am hearing due to loss, and these were this the thing to make words intelligible and to stop having to say "what, what," such a relief

I purchased the product about 2 weeks ago for my mother. This audio session was the first time I had a chance to observe her using them. She and her caregiver are still adjusting the ear cones for a proper fit. However, the session was helpful in getting a handle on the volume settings and the fit. We still have some work to do.

Love these hearing aids. Having some connection issues. Possibly caused by Bluetooth.
