My new hearing adventure

Colline was very personable. She gave me a lot of information in a clear and concise manner. She answered my questions although I’m sure I will have more as I go along. She did a good job and I am looking forward to applying what I’ve been taught.

I had a problem with my left hearing aid working yesterday, the day after i got my hearing aids. I had an appointment with chambers today, who quickly helped me get them working again and helped me understand how the bluetooth features on the phone can help me use my hearing aids more effectively.
