Upgrading away from Atom Pro 2 to behind ear model

The follow up call with Arnel was very helpful. Am upgrading to the behind-the-ear model. The Atom Pro 2 is very difficult to insert without changing the volume and/or mode. Arnel offered advice to make it easier, but I asked about BTE options and Arnel smoothly helped with that.

Trying out my new IONs.

I received my ION on 9-8-25 which was an exchange for the ION Pro, which I had trouble adjusting for my ears. I just finished my "set-up" video call with Colline. She was very helpful & very clear on her description of different things. We adjusted the volumes & modes & already I noticed a distinct difference that with the Pro. Not as much feedback bouncing around inside my head. LOL. I look forward to getting use to them to see how they work in different environments.

The video instructions with Ahmad Atta was very helpful. This is a fairly easy device to use and adjust. The technology is spot on!
